“There is no hurry in Tai Chi; every movement begins and ends with the breath. As you slow down, the body softens and the mind settles — forcing nothing, only allowing.”Esat Ataç

Founder · Marketing consultant · Content creator
Founder of Shan Club. Works with brands as a marketing consultant; founded and runs her own brands in movement, events and flowers. Raised in a sporting family, discipline and curiosity are at the centre of her life. After a year of yoga she met Tai Chi in Esat Ataç's first class, and brought Shan Club to life with one question: “why don't we turn this into a club?”
She opens every session and speaks about how slowness seeps into daily life. In the YouTube series she asks the questions. Her aesthetic, drawn from event design and flowers, shapes the atmosphere of Shan Club gatherings.

“The days I first imagined Shan Club… it was only an idea living in my head. Seeing people move together, breathe, feel good — it moved me deeply.”Duygu Sancaklı DandinVideos
